One of the many roles of the Office of Accessibility and Accommodation is to provide information and to educate the campus community so we can all promote the diversity behind disability throughout the entire academic year!
Raising personal awareness is the first and most critical component in understanding disability related topics.
The following information educates and challenges previous misperceptions of what living with a disability is all about!

Josh Sunquist
The following external link high lights Josh, a Paralympic ski racer and comedian, he has been named one of CNN’s Heroes for his online amputee community, www.LessThanFour.Org. Josh has also performed at UNC Charlotte during Disability Awareness week.
